A clinic runs four jobs at once. Patients book, doctors consult, the pharmacy dispenses, someone at the desk holds it together. Spread across separate tools, a prescription and the medicine stock never meet, and staff retype the same details all day.
What we did
Built one system where the booking, the consultation, the prescription it produces and the pharmacy order that fills it stay joined up.
Gave each of the four roles its own screen behind a single login, so nobody wades through work that belongs to someone else.
Put video consultations inside the same system, so a remote appointment sits with the patient's notes instead of on a separate app.
Took payment by card and by local rails, so paying is not the step where a patient gives up.
