Rebuild or fix? How to decide

Rebuilding is not always the right answer, and agencies who only sell rebuilds will never tell you that. The question is whether the foundations are sound.

Fix it when

The structure works, the content is right, and the problems are speed, search basics or a handful of pages that don't convert. Those are repairs, and repairs are cheaper and faster than starting again.

Rebuild when

You can't edit it without calling someone, the platform is no longer maintained, it was never built for phones, or every change breaks something else. At that point you're paying to maintain a problem.
